green smoothies
(for your body and soul)
2 bananas
3 oranges
2 T lemon juice
1 bag spinnach
4 C cold water
blend on high until smooooth.

broccoli rabe (also known as rapini or broccoletti can be described as nutty, bitter, and pungent. It is a great source of vitamins A,C and K, as well as potassium, calcium, and iron.  A common preparation is sauteing with garlic over low heat 10-15 minutes.  

pac choy (or boc choy or leafy chinese cabbage) has gained popularity for its sweet, succulent stalks. It is a rich source of many vital phytonutrients, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. 
mizuna has been described as a "piquant, mild peppery flavor...slightly spicy, but less so than arugula." As a salad green mizuna can be steamed, boiled, stir-fried or used to complement other greens mixed together for a salad  Mizuna is packed with Vitamin A, Folate, and other fabulous phytochemicals (cancer fighting chemicals) such as glucosinolates. Try a mizuna salad with herbed goat cheese, orange wedges and a dressing of choice!
